AS PROMISED
AWESOME BLOCKING DRILL #2 COUNTER STRIKING.
This video was made as a request from a friend of mine whose child was being bullied in school and the just wanted some easy to do drills that would be ingrained in muscle memory that could easily be learned. You will know when you have mastered the drill when you can:
1. Move without hesitation
2. Move with power.
3. Do all drills equally hard on both side
4. You can make up your own type of techniques off this drill.
This is the 1st, of what i hope is not the last, training video launched under the KJKMMA system. This is an easy yet highly effective blocking drill that I have been teaching children and adults over the last 20 years. The fact that I am using my 11 year old daughter as my student allows me to demonstrate several things.
1. How and when to make corrections
2. How easy it is to pick up.
3. How effective the exercise is even for children
I hope you enjoy this video and coming soon will be the follow up to this video on COUNTER PUNCHING after the inward or outward block or parry.
